We are using DHL GoGreen services for all our deliveries worldwide. Our packaging is recyclable.
In your shipping notification email we’ll provide you with the tracking number for your parcel. You can use this number to track and trace your parcel. Please use this link which takes you to the DHL website where you can enter your tracking number:

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding German bank holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process and dispatch your order.

Shipping costs  for face masks

Shipping costs for orders of face masks only are on a reduced shipping rate of 2.00 € within Germany. For all other countries shippings costs according to the table below apply.

Custom Tax

Some international orders may be subject to custom tax. Any applicable taxes and duties must be paid by you. Please contact your local mail service for the rates in your country.

Shipping Time

How long does it take for your parcel to arrive once it’s dispatched from our warehouse? The table below shows estimated delivery times. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a more specific delivery time.

Important Details

A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel. If you are not at home or the delivery address to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. A calling card will be posted through your door or letter box to let you know where or with whom the parcel has been left. If this is not possible, the carrier will take the parcel back to the local depot. Again, a card will be left for you with details how you can arrange a re-delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances

Unforseen circumstances like traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or postal strikes may affect your delivery time. Please allow additional time and effort to fulfil the delivery.

Delivery times only apply to products we currently have in stock. In case a product you have ordered is out of stock we contact you per email to discuss an alternative.
